We’ll deliver your car to you or you can come to us to pick up your car. In some cases, because life has become so complicated with manuals and instructions, it may be necessary for you to pick up your new vehicle from the dealer so they can instruct you on the finer points, but we will be with you!

NO! Many times, because the finance companies know us, the process can be expedited. Most of the time, we hear back within one day.

We work with a lot of lenders so we can find the best terms for you. If you have a favorite bank or credit union, you can choose to use it, but the long and short of it is that we can help you figure out the best arrangement.

We’ll keep looking! We want to make sure that you have the best experience with the least amount of stress. And if there isn’t anything available we can factory order most vehicles!

We can pre-qualify you based upon the information you give us; what trade-in you have; and if you have a down-payment. Also what your monthly payment might be, etc. We need to let the lender know what terms you should anticipate so they can make their credit decision.

Sure, but we will probably discourage it. You really have no idea who was driving it or how it was driven or maintained. There are horror stories of rentals, demos, loaners, etc. Not a good idea, generally speaking.

One way or the other, we’ll do our best to get your car! No one makes any money (or feels the satisfaction of a job well-done!) until you are driving!
